Info

During seturtle season every second day the "Sea Turtle Conservation Bonaire (STCB)" is patrolling the seaturtle beaches of "Klein Bonaire", a small uninhabited island with the most important seaturtle nesting beach in that area. During the patrol the researchers are looking for signs of seaturtle aktivities from the previous nights, e.g. trails of nesting females or tracks of small hatchlings. In focus: Sandra Striegel (Meeresschildkrötenforscherin)
